Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and cubed (I used smoked chicken)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce adjust to your liking
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
  • 2 tablespoons Flavor God Ranch seasoning

GARNISH:

  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced

SERVING:

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl place the cubed chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and Ranch seasoning. Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.
  • Transfer the dip to an 8 inch cast iron skillet. Top with the shredded mozzarella.
  • Place on the smoker and smoke for 1 hour.
  • Remove the dip from the smoker and top with sliced green onions. Serve with Carnivore Crisps!
