1teaspoonpineapple extractor a few drops of pineapple oil
½teaspoonrum extract
2cupscrushed ice
1cupsliced strawberries
Instructions
Place the coconut milk, lime juice, sweetener, coconut stevia, pineapple extracts, rum extract, and ice in a blender and puree until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking. Divide 1/2 the mixture into 4 glasses.
Add the sliced strawberries to the rest of the mixture in the blender and puree until smooth. Divide the mixture into the glasses on top of the coconut mixture. Serve and enjoy!
Best served fresh, but extras can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Thaw for a few minutes before serving.
