8ouncescream cheese
2/3cupbeef brothI used Kettle and Fire brand
1cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
NOODLES:
8packagesdeli chickensliced into fettuccine shapes (1 6-ounce package of sliced deli chicken noodles per serving) OR use 8 servings of my recipe HERE
Instructions
Make the sauce: Place the butter in a saucepan with the garlic and cook until light golden brown, stirring constantly so the butter doesn’t burn. Turn the heat to low and smash up the garlic in the butter. Stir in the cream cheese, broth, and Parmesan. Simmer for at least 15 minutes (the flavors open up if you simmer longer).
While the sauce simmers, slice the deli meat into fettuccine shaped noodles.
Once the sauce is finished, pour the sauce over the chicken noodles and enjoy!
Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. To reheat, place the sauce with the noodles into a pot over medium heat for 3 minutes or until heated through.
