  • blue cheese dressing Click HERE

Instructions

  • Place the romaine leaves on a large serving platter. Place the biggest spears at the bottom of the Christmas tree. Work toward the top using smaller and smaller spears to create a Christmas tree.
  • Sprinkle the salad with the diced bacon crumbles, hard boiled egg cubes, and blue cheese crumbles.
  • Slice the red onion into rings, use the smaller rings of the lettuce and arrange around the tree to replicate Christmas decorations.
  • Arrange the tiny cherry tomatoes around the tree.
  • Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut the slice of provolone cheese into a star. Place on the top of the tree. Cut the other slice of cheese into a 1 1/2 inch square for the trunk of the tree. Wrap the prosciutto or salami around the cheese and place at the bottom of the tree.
  • Make my delicious Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing and use to serve with the Cobb Salad Tree.
