Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound Ahi Tuna fresh, sushi-grade
  • 1 tablespoon tamari sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise I used the mayo from THIS recipe
  • 2 tablespoons onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped-OPTIONAL
  • 2 tablespoons fish roe (or massago)-OPTIONAL

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Ahi Tuna into 1-inch cubes. Add to medium size bowl. Add the chopped onion and gently stir.
  • In a separate smaller bowl, add the mayonnaise and tamari. Stir until well incorportated.
  • Add the mayo mixture to the tuna and onions. Gently mix until well incorporated. Garnish with fish roe (if desired). Best served fresh.
