Recipe Index of my Keto Cookbooks

Do you own several of my cookbooks and wonder, where is that one recipe I tried that I loved?  Now thanks to our friend, Leisa, who put this amazing Recipe Index together, we have a recipe index with all my recipes from all my books and the page numbers listed in this file!  Want to search for a pork loin recipe?  Or BBQ? Just enter that in the search box and it will highlight all the recipes with that in the title!  You can then see what book it is in and what page it is on.

Leisa is an amazing woman who transformed her family’s life with keto after her husband suffered some major health issues. She eventually became one of my recipe testers for Keto Instant Pot cookbook! She also is so gracious, that she invited me to Toronto and hosted an amazing book signing for me this December!

This recipe index that Leisa created is really a great tool for saving time finding recipes across all my cookbooks. The file is an Excel file. If you don’t have Excel, you can download a free version HERE. Also apps like dropbox and google can read the files too. I also included a PDF version of the file, but the search function doesn’t work in that one.  Although you can use the standard PDF reader search to help find things.

So if you have multiple of my books, or even just one, download this file to make finding recipe easier and quicker!

“Wow Maria! I made my Doctor cry today, he was so amazed at my weight loss and health improvements. He said he had never seen anyone as sick and near death as I was, to be standing before him, a healthy , glowing slimmer woman…and was taken OFF ALL MY MEDICATIONS! Metformin, metoprolol,  clonazepam,  and 3 others….wow! Just Wow!

I have officially taken off 43 pounds, and 20 inches! Not at my goal of 140 pounds ,yet! One super….happy doctor! Got to talk to him about the Keto way of eating and that the American Heart Associations  was what had been keeping me sick and at deaths door, the foods are all wrong!!! The new happier Sue. I want to thank you and my teachers, Maria and Craig Emmerich….thank you for my life today!” – Sue

Thank you, I have all of them this will really help!

  • Rosemary Moore says:

Hello Maria, I purchased your 30 day ketogenic cleanse and simultaneously had a igG food sensitivity test and go my results yesterday. I was surprized to learn that very sensitive to egg yolk and brewers yeast and moderately sensitive to egg whites so what do you recommend as a substitute as your recommended meals contain lots of eggs.

Look forward to your advice so I can continue my cleanse.

  • Tracy says:

Thank you!!!! This helps so much and now I see that I need to get one more of your cookbooks!

  • DeltaErin says:

AMAZING!!! I’m thrilled!! It’ll be swell just to look over for inspiration since sometimes I forget how many diverse and spectacular recipes there are in these books (which you bet I own). And to be able to search by main ingredient/category without trying to remember which book and scattering them all over the floor is fantastic 😂. Thank you Maria and Leisa!! 🥰

  • Denise Sacco says:

This is so great! I have all your books and this helps so much. Thank you!

  • Jeni says:

This is too awesome! I sat down with my cookbooks (5 are yours!) on New Years Day to write down my own appendix of favorites to use through the year! This is MUCH easier!

  • Claudia Anderson says:

Excellent… thanks. I’ve spent enormous amount of time looking for a recipe. Gave me a chill when I read this.

  • Claudia Anderson says:

clicked link for free Excel, only for 30 days.

  • Peggy says:

Love the oookbooks and think this list will help.

Might just be me but I am finding the directions in some recipes conflict with the photos – for instance, there is no way to create the Pork Chops with Dijon Gravy following the recipe to produce a meal that looks like the picture. How many slices of thinly sliced deli chicken per layer in the DELICIOUS Protein Lasagne? Also, the way the General Indexes are organized is confusing -at least to me. Naked Gimlet – why not Gimlet, Naked so I can find a Gimlet recipe? I don’t always remember the name of the dish but I do know the main ingredients I am looking to use….
Don’t mean to be so critical. I love and appreciate the wonderful dishes and the beautiful cookbooks. Wish they were more user friendly for my brain.

    • Darlene says:

I have to agree with Peggy; I too love the cookbooks, but the indexes are confusing in that they are arranged by the exact name of the recipe and not the main ingredient!! For example, If I’m looking for the latte recipe, it’s not under “latte”, but “browned butter mocha latte”. That’s a lot to remember! (referring to Keto Comfort Foods book)

      • Maria Emmerich says:

If you use the excel version, there is a search where you can enter Latte and it will highlight any recipe that contains that word. 🙂
