  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk OR heavy cream OR coconut milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa butter, chopped fine
  • ½-3/4 cup Swerve confectioners
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ⅛ tsp fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1 vanilla bean OR 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • Ground Cinnamon, Optional
  1. In a saucepan, combine ½ cup almond milk/cream/coconut milk, cocoa butter, natural sweetener, cinnamon stick and nutmeg.
  2. Stir over low heat until cocoa butter is melted; discard cinnamon stick.
  3. Add remaining almond milk/cream/coconut milk; stir until heated through.
  4. Remove from the heat; add extracts.
  5. Sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon if desired.
