Healing a Sore Throat without Honey

  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 1 TBS coconut oil
  • Swerve or stevia glycinate (to desired sweetness)
  1. Place a tea bag in a cute tea cup.
  2. Add in a cup of boiling water
  3. Stir in the gelatin, coconut oil and natural sweetener.
  4. Enjoy.
