Ingredients
10 hard boiled eggs, peeled (or scrambled eggs)
1 (14oz) can coconut milk (or 10 oz. almond milk)
½ cup Swerve confectioners

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (or

Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree until very very smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
Place in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
