Serves: 4
  1. Place all the ingredients into the food processor and blend the mixture until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
  2. Place the mixture in an ice cream maker (I LOVE this one which is also on ½ off today) and churn according to instructions.
  3. Once it is done churning, place it into the freezer for at least another hour.
  4. Transfer the sorbet to the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
