Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados, chopped
  • 1/3 cup(+ 2 TBS) "Healthified" sweetened condensed milk
  • Juice of 2 limes (40ml)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
  • 3 TBS confectioners Swerve
  • ⅛ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
  • Healthy additions (optional):
  • 1 tablespoon aloe vera
  • 1 tablespoon l-glutamine powder
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed, powdered collagen
Instructions
  1. Place the avocado, "healthified" sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, almond milk, natural sweetener, salt and any healthy additions you prefer in a blender or food processor and blend.
  2. Mixture will be thick but still pour-able.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds and tap on counter to remove any air pockets. Freeze for 3 hours or until set.
