Sugar-Free Kool-Aid
Serves: 4
  • 4 tea bags (hibiscus/strawberry/cherry tea)
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 2 tsp citric acid (optional sour flavor profile)
  • Swerve or stevia glycerite (to desired sweetness)
  • NOTE: I used fruit punch stevia
  • 4 TBS gelatin (Green can like THIS, optional)
  1. Place a tea bags in a large pitcher. Add hot water and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Stir in the natural sweetener, citric acid and gelatin if using.
  2. Add the cool water to the pitcher.
  3. Place in fridge to completely cool.
  4. Enjoy.
