  • 1/4 cup strong brewed chai tea
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened (or Kite Hill dairy free cream cheese)
  • 1/2 cup Natural Sweetener divided
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (or chilled coconut cream for dairy free)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


  • Make the chai tea by steeping a chai tea bag in hot water for a few minutes. Make it as strong as possible (I wring out the tea bag into the cup).
  • Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup of the natural sweetener, 1/4 cup chai tea and vanilla extract in large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, beat heavy cream and remaining 1/4 cup natural sweetener on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream mixture to cream cheese mixture; stir until well combined. Pour into cute serving dishes, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
