Slow Cooker Mexican Ribs

How do I save time? I order quality organic meats that are mailed to my front door! Butcherbox is one company that has No sugar in their bacon!!! I also love Butcherbox because they are a great small company with very kind owners and their price is the same as grass-fed meats in the store!!!

I get messages daily saying “I don’t like to cook” or “I don’t have time to cook.” I get that! There are many days where I would prefer to be outside on my bike or kayak and have no desire to be in the kitchen! BUT I love coming home from a long bike ride to really tasty food! So I have a solution!

My 2 favorite summer-time gadgets are:

1. My slow cooker! (click HERE to find the one I LOVE!)

2. My toaster oven! (click HERE to find the one I have on SALE)

I love them because I fill my slow cooker the night before so all I have to do is take the shell out of the fridge and turn it on when I wake up! Then to get the crispy burnt ends, I place the ribs in my toaster oven so I don’t have to heat up my house on those 90 degree days!

Check out this video on how EASY these ribs are! Only 3 ingredients!

This looks amazing! Does anyone know the carbs, fats, and protein numbers for this?

Love Those small appliances for the hot days of summer. Another appliance ive been using more of that also doesnt heat things up is the pressure cooker (aka instant pot). Great for busy days when you forgot to thaw the meat or get everything started early. Most things cook in an hr or less 😊

How could we convert to cooking in the Insta Pot? I am super new to it, so I dont know if this would be a 15 minute cook time or a 40 minute cook time!

Love ribs and can’t wait to try making them your easy way, Maria. Right now, though, I want to thank you for introducing me to Butcherbox. As a senior lady with two knee replacements and spinal arthritis, grocery shopping is a real chore, even painful, so home delivery of quality meats is a blessing. One day I replied to a Butcherbox blog post about several complaints and my suggestions to improve the experience of shopping at Butcherbox. Today I received an email reply detailing how they’ve addressed EVERY suggestion I made. Butcherbox customer service has always accommodated my needs about my meat orders, and now I’m impressed with their actions to improve their delivery systems and website. Of note, I’m happy we’ll soon be getting a west coast distribution center for faster delivery and an end to use of Styrofoam coolers. I highly recommend Butcherbox to everyone considering a pastured-meat subscription service. Keto meal planning is much easier when you have healthy choices right there in your own freezer.

    Yum! 😍

  • Slow Cooker Mexican Ribs awesome recipe. The only time taken by this recipe only to cook meat in the cooker otherwise it is 5 to 10 minutes recipe.I will suggest to wake up early in the morning put the ribs in the cooker and go to sleep again then wake up after four hours sleep and your breakfast is ready in ten minutes. Enjoy hot breakfast with some spicy sauce.

the video shows spare ribs, but the recipe calls for country ribs, which do you prefer?
