PUMPKIN PIE PUSH POPS

Pumpkin Pie Push Pops

Push pops and ice pops are something you will always find in my freezer! So I thought I would make a fall treat and make Pumpkin Pie Push Pops. Frozen treats are a super easy treat that my kids love. I also love push pops for a tasty fat bomb for clients to use to help when hunger strikes or if they are craving something sweet. They take a long time to consume, rather than just one bite of a fat bomb. Slower eating helps with metabolism and digestion.

I also love push pops and ice pops because cold liquids help shrink the mitochondria which is the powerhouse energy source of every cell in your body. Smaller mitochondria are more efficient. (Check out all of my educational online classes HERE.

Just made them! Of course they are not frozen yet, but the “batter” sure tastes nice! Thank you!

Incidentally, for about 2 months now, every time I open one of your blogs, I’m asked to become a subscriber. I already AM a subscriber for years now. It is becoming irritating to have to deal with this and with the irritating question “Do your REALLY want to leave this site?” every time. What’s going on?

I made them today. Left out the coloring because I didn’t have any. Just ate one. yummy. I used Almond milk because that is what I had. How many carbs?

  • Connie says:

Do you think almond milk would work.?
Does is get hard to bite into with milk in it?
It looks and sounds good, I really miss Ice Cream but don’t have Ice Cream Freezer..
Thanks for all your work on trying to keep us healthy.

Those look entirely too much like orange push-ups to me… and now that’s all I want. Hahaha! I wonder if using some orange flavoring would work instead of pumpkin pie spice. Have you ever tried that?

    HI Maria,
How much do artificial sweeteners affect insulin? I’ve never used them before, but for the past 3 months have used swerve and stevia in various keto recipes. My fasting glucose is a little lower and my a1c is stable, but my fasting insulin DOUBLED! My dairy consumption is the same as before the past 3 months, and I am grain/sugar/starch free. It blew my mind. I really appreciate everything I’ve been able to learn from your blog.
