    Thank you! thank you! thank you! I’ve gone through the book multiple times making my own weekly plan trying to match macros as close to the original 30 days, but with other recipes from the book. Now I can make sure I was on the right track and probably a more accurate one! Such a generous and wonderful, sweet lady (and husband, Craig!) that you are!!!

    I very much like this idea. I have been using the 30 day for almost a year now and love the food but always make too much for one person. Not into the macro stuff yet. I go slow. What do I need to do to get this 28 day plan? I followed the link but it wants me to sign up for something I probably am already signed up for. I get to listen to the webinars and ask questions and Maria suggested supplements currently but this seems like I need to duplicate. Please advise.

      If you click on the link you see the whole plan and can generate the grocery lists. You still need the book for the recipes.

    Hi Maria, of supplements you recommend you mentioned 5htp. Should that be cycled for any particular amount of time or is it not necessary? I have heard 3 months on then not sure how long of a break if it is necessary
