I made these this weekend. They were delicious! My son, who says he doesn’t like gummies, even like them! 🙂

  • Denise says:

Are they most like “jello jigglers” or like “gummy bears” ? Curious what to expect… 🙂

  • Nancy says:

I hope it’s ok to ask a question totally unrelated to today’s post. I have begun the keto diet for two main reasons – weight loss and to help my thyroid which goes back and forth between ‘normal’ and ‘hypothyroidism’ and the symptoms that go with that. I’m reading your books and using your delicious recipes. I’ve also done some other reading on this subject and have come across testimonies of people saying that they experienced hair loss following the keto diet. This is a problem that I was hoping would be corrected by keto – I can’t afford to lose even more. With your knowledge and experience with clients, would you say this is true? Is there anything particular within the keto way to stop the loss and help regrowth? And, if this would be caused by an undetected autoimmune disease, would keto be a good way to heal that as well? Thank you!

  • Donna Buckley says:

Maria, I see it makes 4 servings. I am wondering how many gummies in a serving, or if simpler to figure out, how many gummies are 19 calories? I am looking at the gummy worm nutritional info (page 328 in the dairy free cookbook and it has different numbers so trying to do the math….)

  • Sonja says:

Hello! I’m SO excited to make these for my boys :). ** (2) Questions – 1. With your recipe it says it serves 4. So, does this mean it only makes (4) bite size snowman Gummies? Well, I ordered the drink mixes and a found a silicone sheet of 1” teddy bear molds. So would it only make (4) 1” bears? And 2. Can I use just regular Knox unflavored gelatin? BTW – my husband and I are beginning a KETO diet and I LOVE your cookbooks. They are a work of art. I can’t wait to make your recipes!! Thank you so much. Sonja

Going to try these out! My 15 year old still likes gummies :O) Everyday I have been drinking 1/4 cup of lemon juice with a couple drops of the stevia you recommend, add a scoop of the collagen, ice and water in a shaker cup…will give this a try instead of the lemon juice/stevia. Wondering if you have ever tried Polar Mins by Premier Research…thought I could add a drop of that in as well as a source of Magnesuim/Potassium….? I hate swallowing pills….

  • Kristi Beck says:

Hi! I made these and must have done something wrong? They were VERY tart. I used the berry Everly mix. Thoughts??

  • Amy says:

    Hi Maria,
Do you have a corrections page for your books? I’m planning to make the gummy worms recipe from the new book and don’t see how there could be 32 grams of fat per serving since there’s no fat in the recipe at all. Thanks!

  • Mary Condon says:

Maybe it is just us…but, made these today…seemed a bit strong…is it really 2 tablespoons of the Everly powder or 2 teaspoons? Thanks!

    • Maria Emmerich says:

You can adjust as needed to taste. 🙂

    • Gina says:

Mary, did you find a good ratio? I made the punch flavored ones and they seemed a bit strong to me too so I melted them down again and doubled the water and gelatin so that I was only using one tbsp of Everly per recipe and they still seemed a little strong to me. Given that it is only 1/2 cup water, the next time I may try just one of the Everly scoops in the recipe to see how that turns out. Since you only put one scoop (1/4 tbsp) of the Everly in a 16 oz. bottle of water and this is only 4 oz of water, seems that it would be enough?

  • Marisa says:

    HI Maria,

Which mold did you use for the gummy bear recipe in the cookbook? The link on the blog for the gummy bear recipe sent me to a page on Amazon that says your store is temporarily unavailable. Will you be setting up an Amazon store?
