  1. Place the cream cheese and broth into a 6 quart Instant Pot. Use a whisk to combine well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Close the lid tightly and close the vent. Press “SOUP”.
  2. Once the timer goes off, release the pressure naturally, using NPR. It may take 20 minutes for the vent to open. Serve garnished with fresh oregano sprigs.
